Let your down dogs bark, your cows moo and your trees blossom as we discover the benefits of yoga in a fun, playful class.

Yoga for children increases focus, reduces stress, builds strong and flexible bodies. Starting yoga at a young age sets a lifelong foundation for well-being. We practice breathing exercises to lower stress chemistry and tone the respiratory system, brain balancing activities, energizing poses to increase strength and flexibility and we end with relaxation exercises. Most importantly YogaKids classes are FUN!

Sessions For School Year 2011-2012

» Each session is 6-weeks long, meeting 1x per week   |   $72 per session
» Choose from Wednesdays or Thursdays   | 3:30-4:30 pm

First Session: October 12, 19, 26, November 2, 9, 16  Now FULL.

Second Session:
Wednesdays - December 7, 14, 21, January 4, 11,18  FULL
Thursdays - December 8, 15, 22, January 5, 12,19     FULL 
 
Third Session: (Registration for new students will open January 13)
Wednesdays - February 1, 8, 15, March 7, 14, 21  FULL
Thursdays  - February 2, 9, 16, March 8, 15, 22  FULL

Fourth Session: (Registration for new studenst wil open March 9)
Wednesdays - April 4, 11, 25, May 2, 10, 16
Thursdays - April 5, 12, 26, May 3, 10, 17
