Yoga for Golfers Workshops and Clinics feature yoga stretching exercises to safely stretch, strengthen and bring a healthy musculo-skeletal balance to your body. The direct golf benefit of each yoga exercise is explained. The workshop and clinic is of benefit to golfers of all ages, handicaps and fitness levels. INSTRUCTOR: Jeff Peltz, is co-owner of Yoga On York established in York Village in 2002. Jeff specializes in athletic yoga and core conditioning for people of all ages and fitness levels. Jeff is a certified Yoga For Golfers TM Instructor trained by Katherine Roberts and a Yoga Alliance 200 Hr. registered instructor. Jeff's classes exude a natural blend of his kind-hearted humor and coach-like inspiration.
