Rae Lynn's teaching style is a natural manifestation of her love for the study of anatomy and human function. With a masters degree in occupational therapy, Rae Lynn first dedicated herself to a decade-long career as an Occupational Therapist working with adults in a large physical rehabilitation hospital and with children in private outpatient clinics, homes and schools. In the adult arena, Rae Lynn worked in the rehabilitation of adults who had experienced stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injuries. She also worked extensively with patients who had received total hip and knee replacements. In the pediatric arena, Rae Lynn specialized in the area of Sensory Processing working with children with autism, aspergers's syndrome, downs syndrome, cerebral palsy and fetal alcohol syndrome. With her passion for all things anatomical, Rae Lynn also spent her evenings as an adjunct professor of Kinesiology (the study of the musculo-skeletal system and movement) at Palm Beach Community College.

As a Type-A personality, Rae Lynn has experienced first-hand the transformative power of yoga. The focus-building tools of yoga and breath have taught her how to quiet her busy mind and thus enabled her to live a more peaceful approach to life.  Rae Lynn teaches from this perspective, guiding student's to "tune-in" to the many metaphors, the "ah-ha's", the real-life wisdom that is revealed on the mat.  She emphasis the powerful tool of the breath and proper anatomical alignment, creating intensely mindful and dynamic classes.
