This sense of self and peace are what she loves sharing with her adult yoga students. In her children's yoga classes, the truly joyful and playful aspects of her practice flourish. Nicole loves sharing the fun and focus that yoga brings with the little yogis in her children's classes. It is a delight to witness little ones 'wagging their tails' in downward facing dog and sitting peacefully during 'birthday candle breath.' Nicole lives in South Berwick with her husband and two beautiful yogis, Mason and Harrison.
