POSTNATAL YOGA FOR MOMS & BABIES A wonderful way to recondition your body after pregnancy and have baby right along side. Class focuses on strengthening, re-conditioning and stress releasing yoga postures for mom and is followed by infant massage for babies. A relaxed place for new moms and babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling. - Appropriate for babies newborn to pre-crawling.
- Class size is limited to 10 moms and their babies. Enrollment is taken in the order that registrations are received.
- Pre-registration is required.
- Class registration and missed classes are non-refundable.
- Instructor: Sage Clarke, CM, MS, RYT200, is a Certified Midwife and yoga instructor with additional experience in childbirth education, postpartum doula care and lactation support. Sage began yoga 9 years ago while pregnant with her first child. She continued on from prenatal yoga to mom/baby yoga and mom/toddler yoga classes, and into an advanced personal practice. Sage combines her professional and personal experiences to deliver a supportive and compassionate approach to yoga based on the belief that mothering is one of life's most sacred and challenging undertakings!
