Coming from SOUTH of York, Maine
Take I-95 NORTH to Exit 7 (last exit before Maine toll plaza) - after exiting take a right off ramp toward York
Veer right again onto Route 1 SOUTH, get into left lane and take left at first stop light onto York Street. You will be driving east on York Street toward York Village.
At statue monument veer to right - Cumberland Farms Gas Station will be on your left. 2nd building past Cumberland Farms is 250 York Street. Daisy Jane's is the upstairs store - Yoga On York is on the lower right side of the building around the corner from Daisy Jane's
