YOGA ON YORK specializes in athletic, mind-body fitness classes. In all classes, we encourage you to "listen to your body" and move at your own pace. We are fully available to you to help you modify posture to make them safe for your individual body.

Classes are listed in descending order from least vigorous to most vigorous classes. Please read the descriptions completely so you may accurately choose which classes are right for you.

If due to injury or de-conditioning you need a less strenuous, more restorative style of yoga in which your body can be supported in poses with the use of yoga props we recommend the Iyengar Style Yoga Classes at York Hospital's Heart Health Institute 207-351-3700.
